mini iron chef

Ingredients:
1 table spoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of sambal chilli
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 eggs
2 frankfurts
big bowl of rice (must be left overnight)

I made the best sambal fried rice in town. :)

who still want to order fried rice from the lacklustre Thai-Viet restaurants here?
